What brings you here

Welcome to Hope and Bloom

Everyone’s journey to therapy is unique. You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or low, or maybe you’re simply feeling stuck. Perhaps you’re working through loss, healing from trauma, or facing a significant life transition. Sometimes, there’s no clear reason, just a quiet knowing that something isn’t quite right.

Wherever you are on your path, your feelings matter and are deeply respected here. At Hope and Bloom, I offer a compassionate, safe space where you will be truly heard, supported, and gently guided, always at a pace that feels right for you.

About me

Hi, I’m Hollie Baynham, a counsellor and psychotherapist with a background that brings together the worlds of education, health, and social care to inform my practice. My journey into counselling wasn’t just a career move; it’s been a personal evolution shaped by the stories I’ve encountered and my own life’s turning points. After years of supporting a rich tapestry of individuals, I dedicated six years to training, becoming a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist (BSc Hons). What drives me every day is a commitment to offer care that is ethical, compassionate, and truly skilled.

Therapy changed my life, it opened doors to growth, healing, and presence that I now bring wholeheartedly to my work. This experience fuels my approach: warm, open-hearted, and focused entirely on you and your journey.

I’ve gathered extensive experience working with trauma, emotional wellbeing, and the beautiful complexities of those who are neurodiverse, including Autism and ADHD. Alongside this, I hold a special passion for supporting women as they navigate the powerful transition of menopause, whether naturally unfolding or surgically induced.

If you’re looking for a space where you’re seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are, I’m here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.

Working Together

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful change, building a genuine connection between client and therapist lays the foundation for effective therapy. To support this, I offer a free initial consultation, giving us a relaxed space to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. It’s also an opportunity for you to see if working together feels like the right fit.

I provide therapy sessions in flexible formats tailored to your needs and offer discounts for block bookings, as well as for NHS and health and social care professionals and counselling students.
