Everyone’s journey to therapy is unique. You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or low, or maybe you’re simply feeling stuck. Perhaps you’re working through loss, healing from trauma, or facing a significant life transition. Sometimes, there’s no clear reason, just a quiet knowing that something isn’t quite right.
Wherever you are in your journey, Hope and Bloom gives you a safe, supportive space to be heard and gently guided at a pace that feels right for you.
Working Together
My belief is that a good and trusting therapeutic relationship is essential for allowing others to express themselves freely, and the driving force towards meaningful change. From my own experiences of personal therapy and feedback from my clients, finding a therapist that is the right fit, and one that you feel you can talk about all the unspoken things on your mind, is not as easy as some may think. A therapist that misses the mark can stay with you, it can taint your view of engaging in future therapy for years or sometimes altogether.
For these reasons I offer a free initial consultation, where we can have an informal chat, explore what has brought you to seek support and what you hope to achieve. There is no obligation to continue if its not what you are looking for but gives us the opportunity to see if working together feels like the right fit.
I offer sessions in person, online, or via telephone. To make support more accessible I also offer a variety of discounts for people working in specific professional sectors.
