Refund & Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes plans change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of the therapeutic process, the following policy applies:

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur a fee, and any payment already made can be refunded or applied to a future session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will be charged at the full session rate.

 

 

Refunds

 

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where payment has been made in advance and cancellation is received with sufficient notice (48 hours or more).

  • No refunds will be given for missed sessions or late cancellations (under 48 hours), except in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the therapist.

  • For block bookings, unused sessions may be refunded if cancelled with appropriate notice, minus any used sessions and a small administrative fee if applicable.

 

 

Illness and Emergencies

 

  • I understand that emergencies and illness can happen. If you’re unwell or experiencing a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

Therapist Cancellations

 

  • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, I will offer as much notice as possible. You will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
