Adult counselling
Whether you are seeking counselling for the first time or returning to therapy, I provide support that is flexible, accessible, and tailored to your needs. My services are designed to be inclusive, competitively priced, and offer affordable options for individuals working within specific sectors or roles who may benefit from specialised understanding and care. To ensure therapy fits comfortably into your life, I offer sessions in person and via online platforms, allowing you to choose the option that feels most convenient and comfortable for you
In person
Sessions take place at my Bewdley office, offering a calm and grounding environment. Being in the same space allows us to connect more naturally and notice subtle cues that can be harder to pick up online. In-person sessions also offer a valuable opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and dedicate time solely to you. We will work together at your pace, with the focus always on your individual journey, providing a supportive space to explore what feels right for you.

Online

Online sessions provide a gentle and flexible way to access support from the comfort and familiarity of your own home. Being in a space where you feel safe can make it easier to open up, especially if attending in person feels challenging at times. This way of working also allows support to be accessible across a wider range of locations.
Some people find that a combination of in-person and online sessions also works well, offering flexibility while still benefiting from meeting in the same space when it feels helpful.
However we work together, our sessions remain centred on your journey, with the same care, attention, and steady pace to support what feels right for you.
Outdoors
I also offer outdoor space counselling, making use of the natural surroundings in the immediate vicinity of my Bewdley office. These sessions take place along gentle, accessible routes, including peaceful stretches by the river, with planned stopping points that allow time for reflection, conversation, or simply connecting with the environment. Spending time in natural settings has been shown to support emotional regulation and wellbeing, drawing on principles of ecotherapy to help reduce stress, increase calm, and encourage self-reflection. Participation in outdoor space counselling is entirely based on individual preference and can be incorporated at any point during a face-to-face session, combining the therapeutic benefits of nature with supportive counselling to create a restorative space for personal growth and mental wellbeing.
