Counselling & Psychotherapy in Bewdley
Support for Children, Teenagers and Adults
Welcome to Hope & Bloom Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I offer professional counselling and psychotherapy from my private practice in Bewdley, Worcestershire, supporting children, teenagers and adults from Bewdley, Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn and surrounding areas.
You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, emotional overwhelm, grief, relationship difficulties, trauma or changes in your life that have become difficult to manage. You may be struggling with school, confidence, identity or emotional regulation, or simply feel that things aren't quite as they should be.
Whatever has brought you here, counselling provides an opportunity to have space for yourself, explore what is happening and begin to understand things differently.
My approach is person-centred, integrative and trauma-informed, with particular experience in trauma, attachment and neurodiversity. I work collaboratively and adapt sessions to the individual rather than expecting everyone to fit the same approach.
Support for Children & Teenagers
Children and young people often communicate their difficulties differently from adults. I offer age-appropriate counselling and creative approaches where helpful, with experience supporting young people experiencing emotional difficulties, trauma, attachment difficulties, SEND and barriers to education.
Support for Adults
Adult counselling offers a confidential space to step away from the demands of everyday life and explore what you are experiencing, at your own pace and without judgement.
A Welcoming Private Practice in Bewdley
My counselling practice is based at Bridge House in Bewdley. The room is on the ground floor and is accessible, with parking directly outside, including disabled parking. Individual access requirements can be discussed during your initial consultation.
Ready to Take the First Step?
I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit, someone you feel comfortable enough to talk openly with, can make a real difference to the therapy process.
That’s why I offer a free initial consultation: an informal opportunity to talk about what has brought you to seek support and what you hope to gain from therapy. There is no obligation to continue, just a chance for us to see whether working together feels right for you.
