Hi, I’m Hollie, a qualified and registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Bewdley, Worcestershire. I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth space for children, teens and adults to explore life’s challenges and move towards positive change.

Using a tailored, integrative approach, I support people of all ages with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, with specialist experience in trauma, attachment and the unique challenges that can come with being neurodiverse.
My background spans therapeutic practice, education and mentoring, including extensive work supporting young people and families who have faced barriers to accessing education. This breadth of experience enables me to work in a way that feels grounded, relational, and natural.
I understand that no two journeys to therapy are the same. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low or simply stuck. You might be coping with loss, working through trauma, adjusting to a significant life change, or facing challenges that are affecting daily life, relationships or education. Sometimes, there is no clear reason, just a sense that something needs to change.
